Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read below to understand how returns and refunds work at Spoken Sis.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@spokensis.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve it promptly — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@spokensis.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation — do not ship items back without approval first.
  3. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@spokensis.com.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
