Order Processing All Spoken Sis products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Spoken Sis is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@spokensis.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.
